Entrants must be over 18 years old.

In some instances, entrants must be resident in a particular country and
hold valid passports and necessary visas to that or a destination specific country
to redeem prizes.  See criteria pertaining to individual competitions for more information.

The employees of UKDiscovered Limited and associated companies, their families, agents or
anyone else connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.

Entries must be submitted by e-mail and must be received by the specified cut off date and time.
Entrants may only submit one entry per competition and must fill in all compulsory fields in the
relevant competition form.

The winning entrant/s will be selected from all completed entries and notified by email and online at http://www.ukdiscovered.com within 7 (seven) days of the cut off date.  The winning entrant will be
chosen by a staff member of UKDiscovered and in some instances by the Promoter at its absolute
discretion.  The decision is final and not open to challenge.

The name, city and country of the entrants normal residence will be published on www.ukdiscovered.com
within 7 (seven) days of their notification via email by a member of staff at www.ukdiscovered.com.

The winning entrant may be expected to participate in post draw publicity, the scope of this to be
agreed between the winner and staff of www.ukdiscovered.com.  The prizes are as specified within the
competition and, where relevant, on the Promoters website and/or www.ukdiscovered.com.  

If the prize is a holiday, the holiday must be taken by the date specified within the competition,
subject to availability and restrictions as indicated.  Applicable holiday details will be reconfirmed
to the winner on notification.  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a
holiday of similar value at its own discretion.

There is no cash or other alternative in whole or part to any of the prizes on offer. All prizes
are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

All information received will become the property of the Promoter and/or
www.ukdiscovered.com.  We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act.
The Promoter and www.ukdiscovered.com excludes liability for entries that
are lost or delayed for whatever reason.  Proof of delivery is no proof.  The
Promoter and www.ukdiscovered.com reserve the right to withdraw or
amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances
outside its control.
