Student Savings:
Full-time Students entering the UK on a holiday
visa, or those enrolling in a full time
course of Study in the
UK, can apply for a ISIC card, or International Student Identity
Card. In the UK, you can still purchase your ISIC card at:
University of London Union office
on Malet St or from any branch of STA Travel. These normally cost
around £5, are available
from most colleges, universities and at selected travel agents.
ISIC
cards offer discounts on day to day items such as clothing, travel
and movie tickets, and also
offer significant savings on international flights and travel, selected
restaurants and Hostel
Accomodation around the world.
