Guess what - it's free!  What's more advice, information on STD's and related topics,
terminations and free condoms are all obtainable from your local Family Planning Clinic or
Brook Advisory Centre. You could also visit one of the following centres:

Hours of the walk in clinic:

  • Monday 12.30 - 6.30
  • Tuesday 12.30 - 6.30
  • Thursday 9.00 - 3.00
  • Friday 9.00 - 3.00
  • Wednesday's they are open for appointment only from 1.30 - 4.30 pm.

This clinic also offers free advice and treatment on STD's. (Most hospitals offer a free clinic for
this service, simply phone and ask for the number of the GU clinic.) You can also
ring the Aids Helpline free on 0800 567 123.

NB: In the UK you no longer have to get a prescription for the morning-after pill, and
it is now readily obtainable over the counter at UK pharmacies nationwide.
Condoms and Femidoms are sold over the counter in chemists and
