The Public Affairs Officer deals with enquiries about NZ only, and not the UK. Telephone
enquiries to 0207 930 8422 ext 222 may be made Monday to Friday from 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm.

Royal Events

New Zealand residents may make application at the Consular Office of the New Zealand High
Commission to attend the Royal Garden Parties (usually in July); Trooping the Colour and Royal Ascot
(in June). Please be aware that applications greatly exceed demand, and are drawn by ballot.

To apply you need to take one of the application forms found in Information Unit "Miscellaneous" from
the Consulate. These are available only between Mid-January and end of March each year.

NOTE: Invitations are not transferable and cancellations will mean depriving another Kiwi of a chance
to attend - so please make sure you intend to show if you are lucky enough to be drawn a ticket
from the ballot.

Zealand telephone directories can be consulted at the Commissionaires' Desk or in the
Public Affairs Office on the second floor of New Zealand House between 2.00 pm &
4.00 pm., Monday - Friday. Or look up the NZ Yellow Pages on the Internet.
